Sejahtera Bintang Abadi Plans Rights Issue 3.6 Billion Shares


PT Sejahtera Bintang Abadi Textile Tbk (SBAT) plans to increase its capital by providing Pre-emptive Rights of a maximum of 3.57 billion ordinary shares or representing 62.42% of the issued and fully paid capital after this corporate action.

Based on the brief prospectus published Friday (18/6), together with this rights issue I, accompanied by the issuance of warrants series II of a maximum of 350.62 million pieces.

Each holder of 112 Pre-emptive Rights who exercise their Pre-emptive Rights gets 11 series II warrants of the company.

To realize the plan, the company will hold an EGMS, which will be determined later.

With this plan, the company will have a better capital structure, which can improve the company's financial condition to develop business in the textile industry and textile trade, especially yarn spinning.
