PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) has set an interim dividend for the 2021 financial year of Rp20 per share or a total of Rp115.17 billion.

Selamat Sempurna Director Ang Andri Pribadi said the company decided to distribute an interim dividend of Rp 20 per share for a total of Rp 115.17 billion in line with the increase in profit for the period attributable to the owner entity to Rp 314.30 billion.

"This interim dividend distribution has been approved by the board of directors and the board of commissioners. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders on August 25, 2021," he said in his statement on Monday (9/8).

Meanwhile, up to semester I-2021, SMSM posted sales growth of Rp1.46 trillion, an increase of 35% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp1.97 trillion.
