Jakarta - PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR) has set an exercise price for the additional capital with preemptive rights I or a rights issue of Rp6,600 per share.

Based on the company's prospectus published on Wednesday (12/7), the total funds obtained from the rights issue I amounted to Rp5.585 trillion.

SMGR plans to issue shares by giving Preemptive Rights of 846.215 million series B shares or representing 12.49% of the issued and fully paid capital.

With 3.025 billion series B shares under its ownership, the state will exercise its rights by transferring them in a form other than cash (asset input).

The company will deposit state capital in the form of ownership of around 75.51% of the total paid-up capital of PT Semen Baturaja, or a total of 7.499 billion series B shares with a total value of Rp2.848 trillion.

Shareholders who do not exercise their rights will be diluted by up to 12.49%.
