Lippo Karawaci Bags Rp2.3 Trillion Rupiah Marketing Sales in Jan-Jun Period


Property developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), in the first semester of 2021, posted marketing sales of Rp2.33 trillion, an increase of 122% compared to the same period last year.

Lippo Karawaci CEO John Riady said that this year LPKR's property business continues to show improvement, especially in terms of marketing sales which increased 122% YoY to Rp2.33 trillion in the first semester 2021.

"We are optimistic that the 2021 target of IDR 3.5 trillion will be achieved through the launch of new products," in his statement, Wednesday (7/7).

The growth in marketing sales was also supported by the launch of two new products for Cendana Parc's landed houses in Lippo Village and Holland Village Designer Homes Collection in Manado in the second quarter of 2021.

In addition to the launch of landed housing products, which are the foundation for strong sales in the first semester of 2021, LPKR plans to offer projects for the premium
