PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), in the first semester of 2021, posted revenues of Rp7.23 trillion or grew by around 36% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp5.33 trillion.

Real estate development revenues contributed to the total revenue. Real estate development increased 4% to Rp1.9 trillion from the previous Rp1.32 trillion.

In the real estate management and services business pillar, LPKR's revenue also grew 33% to Rp5.27 trillion from the previous Rp3.96 trillion.

Lippo Karawaci's pre-sales also grew by around 122% to Rp2.33 trillion, reaching 67% of this year's pre-sales target of Rp3.5 trillion.

This income was supported by the completion of the construction of the Waterfront landed house cluster in Cikarang and the handover of apartment units in Holland Village Jakarta, Embarcadero in Bintaro, Hillcrest, and Fairview Towers in Lippo Village, and Orange Country Cikarang, which in total contributed 67.1% of revenue.
