PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) has sold its assets to PT Aeon Mall Indonesia for Rp1.9 trillion.

The sale of assets in the form of land and building of Aeon Mall Sentul City was carried out on April 15, 2021.

"The company will obtain funds to finance operational activities, fulfill agreements, and improve cash for business continuity," said the Managing Director of Sentul City, Tjetje Mulyanto, in an official publication, on Monday (19/4).
