Jakarta - PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) plans to conduct a limited public offering with preemptive rights of 100.625 billion series D shares.

Based on the prospectus released on Wednesday (23/2), to realize this rights issue plan, the company will hold an EGMS on April 1, 2022.

The funds obtained from the rights issue plan are for paying short-term obligations, acquiring strategic land to enlarge the landbank, and financing for working capital and business development.

The company estimates that the rights issue plan can strengthen the company's capital position, reduce the number of short-term liabilities, increase liquidity, and increase the number of landbanks for future development needs.

This step is expected to positively impact the company's financial performance and strengthen its capital structure.
