BKSL Eyes Rp5.03 Trillion from Rights Issue


Jakarta - PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) is targeting to raise funds through a limited public offering (LPO) in the context of pre-emptive rights or rights issue of Rp5.03 trillion.

Based on information disclosed on Monday (6/6), the company set the price for the rights issue at Rp50 per share, with 100.62 billion Series D shares to be issued.

The main shareholder, PT Sakti Generasi Perdana, as the standby buyer, has agreed to take the remaining 47.61 billion shares, which are not taken up by the shareholders, equivalent to 100% of the remaining shares. The exercise price is Rp50 per share or Rp2.38 trillion.

PT Sakti Generasi Perdana also plans to exercise its preemptive rights of 53.007 billion shares, or equivalent to 52.68% of the total offering, with an exercise price of Rp50 per share, or a total value of Rp2.65 trillion.

Shareholders who do not exercise their rights according to their portion of ownership will see 60% of their equity diluted
