Jakarta - The business entity of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII), PT Serasi Autoraya, obtained a loan facility from Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ANZ amounting to US$25 million.

According to Serasi Autoraya's CFAT Chief Hasan Kuntarto, this loan facility will be available for 12 months, starting from the signing of the credit, which is November 15, 2021.

"This loan facility will be used to finance corporate needs," Hasan said through the IDX's information disclosure on Friday (26/11).

He added that the proposed loan amount must be at least US$1 million or less than the commitment provided.

Meanwhile, the loan coupon is equal to the amount of margin and LIBOR divided by the difference between 100% and interest rate adjustments.

This new loan facility will not affect the company's financial covenants and ability to pay to banks or other company loans.
