Nusa Konstruksi Allocates Rp50 Billion for Share Buyback Plan

Jakarta - PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) has allocated a maximum of Rp50 billion for the buyback of 300 million shares or 5.41% of the total shares.

"This share purchase uses the company's idle funds, so it will not affect the company's revenue and financing," said Director of Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Rahman Sadikin as quoted in the IDX's information disclosure in Jakarta, (9/3).

Meanwhile, in accordance with the provisions of the POJK regarding share repurchases, this corporate action will be carried out within a maximum period of 3 months after this information.

The implementation of the share repurchase will cause a change in the number of outstanding shares, but the change is not significant to the performance of DGIK's earnings per share.
