Jakarta - PT SF Digital Commerce (SFDC) through PT SF Digital Terdepan and Fonixtree Digital Singapore Ltd (FDSL) have signed a joint venture agreement for the establishment of PT Nuri Gaya Citra (NGC).

"NGC was established to provide digital value-added services to the company's customers and is expected to increase customer engagement," said Smartfren Director Antony Susilo in information disclosure on Tuesday (28/12).

At the initial stage, the paid-in capital for the joint venture was Rp7.25 billion. Subsequent deposits, if required, would be determined at a later date.

SFDC is a business entity with 99% ownership of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, while FDSL is affiliated with Whale Cloud Technology Co Ltd as part of the Alibaba ecosystem.
