Jakarta - PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur has set the coupon for sustainable bonds III phase I 2022 at around 3.80-5.75%.

Based on the company's prospectus released on Friday (7/29), the number of bonds issued in the first phase is Rp1 trillion from the sustainable bond III program with a fundraising target of Rp20 trillion.

In the first stage, there are two series of bonds,  series A worthRp673.5 billion with a coupon of 3.80% and a tenor of 370 days, and series B worth Rp326.5 billion with a coupon of 5.75% and a tenor of 3 years.

Sustainable sukuk mudharabah phase I 2022 is also offered in two series. Meanwhile, the amount of funds issued was Rp500 billion of the Rp5 trillion target for sustainable sukuk mudharabah III fundraising.

SMI will use the proceeds from the bonds for infrastructure financing activities and the proceeds from the sukuk mudharabah for sharia financing.
