PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) plans to transfer as much as 99.96% of the shares of PT Galaxy Mitra Global (GMG) to PT Sumber Wahana Sejahtera (SWS).

The company realized this step by signing the indicative provisions sheet (term sheet) on March 25, 2021.

Currently, the company controls 99.96% of GMG shares and controls PT SWS.

"Based on the term sheet, GMG will take over the SWS and become the new controller at PT SWS," said AMRT Director Tomin Widian through the IDX disclosure on Friday (26/3).
