Jakarta - PT Telkomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) has opened a new representative office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, through its subsidiary PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin).

This new office is Telin's eleventh office established overseas.
