Jakarta - The Bank Indonesia Banking Survey indicated that new lending grew positively in the third quarter of 2021, although not as high as the previous period.

"This is reflected in the weighted net balance (WNB) of new credit requests of 20.9%," said Head of the BI Communications Department Erwin Haryono in an official publication on Thursday (21/10).

Based on the type of use, new credit growth is indicated for all types of credit, as indicated by the positive WNB value.

According to him, new loan disbursement in the fourth quarter of this year will increase, as indicated by the WNB forecast for new loan disbursement of 90.9%.

Credit disbursement standards in the fourth quarter of 2021 will be looser than the previous period.

"This is indicated by the Lending Standard Index (LSI) of -0.4%, lower than 2.0% in the previous quarter," he continued.

Aspects of loan disbursement policy that are projected to
