Jakarta - PT Multipolar Tbk (MLPL) announced that Tokyo Century Corporation had invested US$50 million in the company.

"On December 9, 2021, Multipolar and Tokyo Century, acting as investors, signed an investment agreement for the instruments issued by the company," he said in information disclosure in Jakarta on Tuesday (14/12).

He explained, the instrument has a maturity of 3 years and can be extended to one year. The issuance of this instrument will increase the company's liquidity.

"While the option for conversion is that the settlement of the instrument can be done through the conversion of shares," he explained.

Provisions regarding shares, prices, and exchange mechanisms will be determined at a later date by the agreement of both parties.
