PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA) allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp100 billion this year to purchase new vehicles in 2021

Transkon Jaya Corporate Secretary, Rex Alexander Joseph Syauta, said that the company allocated the capital expenditure to purchase new products to be rented, light trucks, and light buses.

"In addition, capital expenditure will be allocated to purchase spare parts and accessories for complementary vehicles in accordance with the type of product and standards of the mining location," he said in a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday (16/3).

Until now, the company already has around 2,000 units of vehicles. The company also has a policy of adding about 40 units of vehicles every month to replace old vehicles that are no longer suitable for use.

Through the addition of these vehicles, the company can add new customers.

"The company is also collaborating with new customers for projects operating on Halmahera Island, North Maluku, in early February 2021," said Alex.

The company also monitors the potential increase in demand for rental vehicles and continues expansion in 2021, both geographically, industry, and vehicle type.
