Jakarta - PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk received a dividend of Rp 150 billion from a joint venture,  PT Union Sampoerna Triputra Persada (USTP) on June 30, 2022.

"Based on the notification of dividend distribution, the company received dividends of Rp150 billion," said Triputra Corporate Secretary Joni Tjeng through information disclosure on Friday (7/1).

USPT is a company joint venture that owns 50% of its shares.
