Tunas Baru Lampung 2020 Revenue Rises 27.32% YoY to Rp10.86 Trillion
PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA) posted an increase in revenue of 27.32% to Rp10.86 trillion by the end of 2020, compared to the same period in 2019, Rp8.53 trillion.
This increase has an impact on an increase in net profit, reaching 2.29% thanks to supporting from a surge in sales of processed palm oil and derivatives to third parties, which a rise of 17.54% to Rp6.30 trillion, compared to the same period in the previous year, Rp5.36 trillion.
The same thing also happened to related party sales, with a growth of up to 43.53% to Rp4.55 trillion, compared to the same period in 2019 valued at Rp3.17 trillion. PT Sungai Budi contributed more than 10% of sales in this segment, reaching Rp4.38 trillion or equivalent to 40.33% of total sales.
Meanwhile, PT Pertamina (Persero) purchased a third party up to Rp2.70 trillion (24.86%), and a company from Singapore, namely Inter - United Enterprises Pte Ltd, contributed 4.80% or Rp521.81 billion. As for 2020, the company will bear the cost of goods sold Rp8.23 trillion or an increase of 27.99%.
Furthermore, general and administrative expenses and sales were recorded at Rp465.50 billion and Rp333.33 billion, respectively. Interest and finance expenses amounted to Rp827.29 billion. This positive performance has lifted the company's net profit amid the pandemic, with net profit attributable to the parent entity's owners growing 2.29% to Rp678.02 billion by the end of 2020 compared to the 2019 period, which reached Rp662.82 billion.
Meanwhile, until the end of December 2020, the company's total assets reached Rp19.43 trillion, consisting of Rp8.02 trillion current assets and Rp11.40 trillion non-current assets. Meanwhile, the total liabilities, which became the company's liabilities, increased by 12.83% or Rp13.54 trillion.
