Jakarta - Wahyu Andi Susilo, Director of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU), increased the number of shares he owns in the business.

Based on the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (6/27), Wahyu Andi Susilo bought 600 million shares of Widodo Makmur Unggas, or the equivalent of 4.64%, at Rp142 per share in the negotiated market. Thus, the total value of the purchase of WMUU shares was Rp85.20 billion.

After the transaction, Wahyu owns 608 million shares of WMUU, or the equivalent of 4.7% with direct share ownership status. Previously, Wahyu owned 8 million WMUU shares or 0.06%.
