Jakarta - PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) managed to achieve a net profit for the current year of Rp1.427 trillion in the first semester of 2022 from a loss in the same period last year of Rp154.004 billion.

The company's financial report released on Wednesday (8/10) showed that the higher operating income of around 81.03% to Rp743.788 billion from Rp410.862 billion supported the strengthening of net profit.

In addition, net other income increased by around 1,209% to Rp2,344 trillion from Rp179 billion. WSBP also pocketed a foreign exchange gain of about Rp132.299 million from Rp57.884 million.

Along with the expansion of operating income, the cost of revenue nearly doubled to Rp639.307 billion from Rp317.482 billion.
