Jakarta - PT Waskita Karya Tbk has provided a loan facility to PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) worth Rp6.420 trillion.

Based on Waskita's disclosure of information submitted to the IDX on Monday (14/2), WTR will use the proceeds from the loan for capital deposit requirements for PT Waskita Sriwijaya Toll Road (WST), PT Waskita Bumi Wira (WBW), and PT Trans Jabar Tol (TJT).

The funds were also given to PT Kresna Kusuma Dyandra Marga (KKDM), PT Waskita Transjawa Toll Road (WTTR), and PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT) as loans.

This loan facility bears an interest rate of 8% and has a tenor of up to December 31, 2025.

The transaction value is 40.78% of the company's equity, at Rp15.745 trillion as of September 2021, and 27.32% of WTR's equity which was at Rp23.503 trillion.

WTR is the company's business entity with share ownership of 87.60%.
