PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, until the first semester of 2021, booked a new contract worth Rp562 billion.

"As of last June, Waskita has succeeded in adding six new contracts to its portfolio to encourage performance recovery," Waskita Senior Vice President Corporate Secretary Ratna Ningrum said in a statement Wednesday (7/7).

The projects include the tender for the Semamu-Long Bawan 2 long road project worth Rp. 143 billion, the construction of the Phase III Indonesian Islamic University (UIII) Campus in the amount of Rp158 billion belonging to the Ministry of Work.

Then, the development project for pavement runway service performance at Hang Nadim Airport Batam worth Rp96 billion, structuring the Besakih Temple area belonging to the Bali regional government with a contract value of Rp. Rp55 billion, as well as a transmission tower in 2021 belonging to PT PLN.
