Jakarta - PT Waskita Karya Tbk estimates that it will get fresh funds from additional capital through Pre-emptive Rights or a Rights Issue worth Rp11.96 trillion.

The company's brief prospectus published on Friday (12/17) stated that Waskita set an exercise price of Rp620 per share by releasing a maximum of 19.295 billion series B shares.

As the main shareholder, the government will exercise its rights with a value of Rp7.9 trillion.

For shareholders who do not realize their rights will have their share ownership diluted to a maximum of 58.7%.

According to the prospectus, an effective statement on the rights issue registration from OJK has been received on December 16, 2021, and the implementation schedule is the last date of registration for obtaining Preemptive Rights on December 28, 2021, the last date for trading shares with Preemptive Rights on the regular and negotiated markets on December 24, 2021, and on the cash market on Dec
