Waskita Karya to Restructure Rp29.25 Trillion Financing Facility with 21 Banks
Jakarta - PT Waskita Karya Tbk is in the process of restructuring the finances of 21 banks with a total value of Rp29.25 trillion.
The process was marked by the signing of the accession agreement on September 15, 2021.
"With the accession agreement, it will have a positive impact on business continuity and the company's financial condition going forward," Waskita Corporate Secretary Ratna Ningrum said in the IDX information disclosure on Tuesday (21/9).
The banks that support the restructuring process are PT Bank CTBC Indonesia with a total unpaid financing facility of Rp170.04 billion, PT Bank KEP Hana Indonesia of around Rp283.4 billion, PT Bank Maybank Indonesia of Rp. 500 billion.
Then, Bank OCBC NISP Tbk with the principal amount of financing facilities that have not been paid Rp283.4 billion, Bank of China Hong Kong Limited Jakarta Rp1.14 trillion, Bank Panin Tbk Rp2 trillion, Bank Permata Rp747 billion, Bank QNB Indonesia
