Jakarta - PT Waskita Karya Tbk has increased its issued and paid-up capital by 36,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp36 billion or Rp4.5 billion to PT Jasamarga Jogya Bawen (JJB).

Thus Waskita Karya's disclosure of information on Thursday (2/12), The background of this transaction is to meet funding and operational needs and fulfill JJB's obligations to other parties and JJB's activities in connection with the concession of the Yogyakarta-Bawen toll road section.

With this transaction, the company hopes that JJB can maximize its business performance and provide added value as a shareholder of JJB.

Waskita Karya is the shareholder of 12.50% of JJB's shares. In addition, Jasa Marga controls 60%, Adhi Karya 12.50%, PT PP (Persero) Tbk 12.50%, and PT Brantas Abipraya 2.50%.
