Jakarta - A subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT), PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) has transferred all of its shares or 1,386,131 shares of all shares issued in PT Cibitung Tanjung Priok Tollways (CTPPT) to PT Access Pelabuhan Indonesia (API) as a buyer with a transfer price of Rp2.44 trillion.

"This share transfer is based on the Deed of Shares Sale and Purchase (DSP) dated October 1, 2021," said WSKT Senior Vice President Corporate Secretary Ratna Ningrum in information disclosure in Jakarta on Wednesday (6/10).

The purchase price must be paid by API to WTR no later than 14 calendar days from the signing of the Deed of Sale and Purchase (DSP).

The share sale and purchase transaction value was 16.21% of the equity of PT Waskita Karya Tbk, which was at Rp16.49 trillion as of March 2021. Therefore, this transaction was 12.22% of WTR's equity of Rp21.87 trillion.
