The business entity of PT Waskita Karya Tbk, PT Waskita Toll Road has ownership of 826,312 million shares in PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB).

The number of shares represents 20% of the total issued and paid-up shares in JSB to the Collective Investment Contract of SAM Toll Road Limited Participation Mutual Funds, with a transaction value of Rp1.5 trillion.

"WTR will receive profits from the transaction," said Waskita Karya SVP Corporate Secretary, Ratna Ningrum, in IDX information on Thursday (1/7).

He explained that the company would use the cash received to fulfill obligations to creditors and additional working capital.

With this transaction, the composition of shareholders in JSB is PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk as much as 43.77%, PT Lintas Marga Jawa 16.23%, SMI around 20%, and limited investment mutual funds Samuel toll road 20%.
