WICO Delays Private Placement Plan

Jakarta - PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (WICO) has decided to postpone the planned implementation of the increase in capital without giving Preemptive Rights, which it will carry out by December 31, 2022.

"We are postponing the second phase of the private placement on December 31, 2022," said WICO Main Director Roni Setiawan in an information disclosure on Thursday (12/29).

The postponement of the implementation of the second phase of the private placement was due to the intention of DKSH Holdings AG as the company's controlling shareholder to make a deposit of capital which is still in progress.

Previously, on September 15, 2022, WICO completed the first phase of the private placement of 122,353 new shares issued for Rp500 per share.

DKSH Holding AG exercised 122.353 million shares, or equivalent to Rp61.176 billion.

The company will use about 59.09% of the proceeds from the first private placement to pay off
