WIKA to Sell Bonds, Sukuk Rp2.5 Trillion


Jakarta - PT Wijaya Karya Tbk plans to issue debt securities totaling Rp2.5 trillion.

The prospectus published on Tuesday (25/1) reveals that these notes consist of sustainable bonds II phase II in 2022 worth Rp1.75 trillion and sustainable sukuk mudharabah II phase II in 2022 worth Rp750 billion.

The company offers the bonds in three series, Series A worth Rp593.95 billion with a coupon of 6.50% and a tenor of 3 years, series B Rp425.15 billion with a coupon of 7.75%, a tenor of 5 years, and series C Rp730.9 billion with a coupon. 8.30% and a tenor of 7 years.

The phase II sustainable bonds and sukuk mudharabah are part of the program of targeted fund acquisition of Rp3.5 trillion and Rp1.5 trillion, respectively.

WIKA plans to use the proceeds from the corporate action to pay off part of the company's short-term debt. Meanwhile, the company will use the proceeds from the mudharabah sukuk to finance working capital for infrastructure and
