Jakarta - PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR), a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya Tbk, has increased its authorized capital to Rp6 trillion and its issued and paid-up capital to Rp1.551 trillion in PT Waskita Sriwijaya Tol (WST).

According to the company's information disclosure on Tuesday (3/15), WTR carried out this transaction to meet WST's funding needs.

WTR expects that with the increase in capital to WST, it will maximize its business performance to provide added value for the company as a shareholder of WTR.

With increased authorized and issued capital, WST's share ownership is 99.49% WTR, 0.28% Regional Bende Seguguk, and 0.23% Prodexim Regional Company.

PT Waskita Karya Tbk owns 87.60% of WTR. Meanwhile, WST is a subsidiary of WTR with 98.18% share ownership before the transaction.

The value of this transaction is 9.93% of the company's equity, which was at Rp. 15.624 trillion as of September 2021, and 6.60% of WTR'
