ZATA Sets Rp100 per Share as IPO Price


Jakarta - PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA) has set an initial public offering (IPO) price of Rp100 per share. Thus, Zatta immediately reaped Rp170 billion in funds.

The company's prospectus released on Thursday (11/3) stated that ZATA issued 1.7 billion shares or 20.01% of the total issued and paid-up capital after the IPO.

The company has entrusted the implementing underwriter to UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas.

ZATA will use the IPO proceeds of around 5% to pay all KMK PTR financial obligations with Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk, about 7% to pay all KMK PTA obligations from Bank Raya Indonesia, around 17% for capital deposits to PT Bersama Dauky Maulya, and about 71% of deposits to PT Bersama Zatta Mulya.

The IPO implementation schedule is effective date of October 31, 2022. The public offering period is 2-8 November 2022, the allotment November 8, 2022, and the listing of shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange November 10, 2022.
