Jakarta - PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk (ZBRA) will change its name to suit the current business focus of the company.

The rebranding was carried out because the current name is better known to the broader community as a transportation service company. ZBRA is currently engaged in integrated logistics distribution which has a vast network to remote areas after entrepreneur Rudy Tanoesoedibjo acquired it.

For this reason, Zebra Nusantara wants to strengthen the image of a company engaged in distribution and logistics in Indonesia by changing its name.

"We are planning to change the name because most people still see ZBRA as a taxi company. We will change this perception because we have transformed in terms of business," said Director of Zebra Nusantara Gary Tanoesoedibjo in his statement on Tuesday (2/11).
