Bank Oke Plans Rights Issue 5 Billion Shares to Increase Capital


PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (DNAR) plans to increase capital by providing pre-emptive rights of up to 5 billion shares.

"The issuance of shares with rights issue will be carried out after obtaining an effective permit from the Financial Services Authority," said Director of Bank Oke Indonesia Efdinal Alamsyah in the IDX disclosure on Monday (29/3).

Due to the absence of the date of the company's registration statement and the estimated effective date from the OJK, this corporate action plan, the timeframe for the approval of the GMS until the effectiveness of registration does not exceed 12 months.

The company will use all the proceeds from this celebration to develop or expand the company's credit.

"The additional capital from the Preemptive Rights will strengthen the company's capital structure which will be used for working capital so that the company can develop business activities and have a positive impact on the company's financial and business conditions," said Efdinal.
