Jakarta - PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk (BUKK) through PT Baja Titian Utama signed a government-business partnership agreement to replace or duplicate the Callender Hamilton Bridge on the island of Java with the Ministry of Public Work and Housing.

The investment value is Rp2.19 trillion. This project is implemented in 37 locations spread across Banten, West Java, Central Java, and East Java.

This agreement is a PPP agreement with 12 years, consisting of 2 years of construction and ten years of service.

Steel Titian Utama will receive payment after completing the construction period through a 10-year service availability payment scheme.

"The payment value is Rp477.87 billion per year," said BUKK President Director Irsal Kamaruddin in information disclosure on Tuesday (7/12).
