Global Digital Plans Mandatary Tender Offer 49% Shares of Supra Boga Rp1.9 Trillion


Jakarta - PT Global Digital Niaga (GDN) plans to conduct a mandatory tender offer of a maximum of 766.598 million shares of PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk or around 49%.

Based on the prospectus issued Monday (15/11), the company set a mandatory tender offer price at Rp2,550 per share. Thus, the value of the mandatory tender offer is around Rp1.954 trillion.

The implementation schedule is the mandatory tender offer period from 16 November to 15 December 2021, payment on 27 December 2021.

The purpose of the takeover by GDN is for business development and expansion of the company's ecosystem as one of the e-commerce companies in Indonesia.

The Supra Boga development plan carried out by GDN is intended to strengthen Supra Boga's omnichannel solution.
