IDX Sanctions 36 Companies for Failing to Submit Financial Reports
Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange announced that 36 listed companies were subject to a written warning III and a fine of Rp150 million as they had not submitted their interim financial reports ending June 30, 2022.
Acting Head of IDX's Corporate Assessment Division I Rheyn Lusiana Siregar conveyed the list of sanctioned companies in information disclosure on Friday (11/11).
The 36 listed companies are ARMY, BULL, BUVA, COWL, CPRI, DUCK, ENVY, FORZ, GOLL, GTBO, HOME, HOTL, JKSY, KBRI,, KPAL, KPAS, KRAH, LCGP, LMAS, MABA, MAGP, MTRA, MYRX, NIPS, and NUSA.
Then, PLAS, PURE, RIMO, RONY, SIMA, SKYB, SUGI, TDPM, TRAM, TRIL, and UNIT.
According to her, 745 of the 783 listed companies had submitted interim financial reports ending June 30, 2022.
