Jakarta - PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) issued global bonds amounting to US$1 billion or equivalent to Rp14.49 trillion (exchange rate of US$14,496 per US dollar as of June 30, 2021).

ICBP's information disclosure on Thursday (28/10), consists of global bonds in 2021 with a tenor of 10.5 years and a coupon of 3.54% per year and the 2052 global bonds with a tenor of 30.5 years carrying a coupon of 4.80%.

The principal amount of the 2032 global bonds is US$6 million, and the 2052 global bonds are US$400 million.

Meanwhile, the company will use the global bond issuance proceeds to pay the outstanding retention amount in the Pinehil agreement and the company's general-purpose financing.
