Jakarta - PT Jasa Marga Tbk transferred its share ownership in four Trans Java toll roads to a subsidiary of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) with a transaction value of Rp18.112 trillion.

Based on the company's information disclosure on Wednesday (7/6), the separation of the Jasamarga Trans Java Tollroad Regional Division was effective on July 1, 2022.

The four Trans Java toll roads are Jakarta-Cikampek, Surabaya-Gempol, Semarang sections A, B, C, and Palimanan-Kanci.

The Jakarta-Cikampek toll road has a length of 83 km, the Surabaya Gempol toll road is 46.55 km, the Semarang sections A, B, C are 19.30 km, and the Palimanan-Kanci toll road is 26.30 km. These four toll roads each have a concession period of 40 years, starting from 2005 to 2044.

The total assets of the four toll roads reached Rp5.78 trillion, toll revenues of Rp2.49 trillion, and liabilities of Rp200.3 billion.
