Jakarta - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) recorded a net profit growth attributable to owners in the first half of this year of around 24.55% to Rp826.143 billion from the same period last year of Rp663.267 billion.

The company's financial report, published on Tuesday (13/9), showed the strengthening of profits was driven by the high revenue achievement of around 11.17%, to Rp3.303 trillion from Rp2.971 trillion.

Along with the increase in revenue, the cost of revenue increased by around 26.74% to Rp924,083 billion from Rp729,089 billion.

Operating expenses increased by around 5.27%, to Rp224.754 billion from Rp213.484 billion.

Profit from operations grew by around 6.21%, to Rp2.154 trillion from Rp2.028 trillion.

TBIG also had to accept the lower foreign exchange gains of around 89.15% to Rp2.851 billion from Rp26.281 billion. However, it reduced net other expenses by about 9.08%, to Rp973.921 billion, from Rp1.071 tr
