Jakarta - The Financial Services Authority OJK, as of March 29, 2022, recorded that fundraising in the capital market reached Rp47.6 trillion.

According to the official publication of the OJK on Tuesday (4/5), the figure has nearly doubled from the previous month, which was around Rp28.33 trillion. The increase was accompanied by a rise in the number of newly listed companies from 12 to 15.

This year, fundraising for the position in March is mostly used as working capital for issuers.
Through the initial public offering (IPO), most shares were in the financial, industrial, and property sectors.

On the other hand, the net asset value (NAV) of mutual funds was recorded at Rp573.2 trillion, an increase compared to the previous month, which was Rp569.3 trillion.

The increase in mutual fund NAV was supported by increased investor confidence and the controlled handling of cases of COVID-19 and Omicron in Indonesia.
