PT Permodalan Nasional Madani  has set the rate of return (ratio) for the planned issuance of the first phase I sustainable sukuk mudharabah in 2021, ranging from 13.08% to 34.74%.

The brief prospectus released on Thursday (1/7) explained that the company issued mudharabah sukuk in three series in the first stage. Series A with a total offered fund of Rp1.15 trillion with a ratio of 34.74% and a tenor of 370 days.

Series B amounted to Rp515 billion with a ratio of 18.02% and a tenor of 3 years. And series C, Rp327 billion with a ratio of 13.08% and a term of 5 years.

PNM has also received an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority regarding the issuance of this mudharabah sukuk on June 30, 2021.

Thus, the offering period can start on July 2-5, 2021, allotment on July 6, 2021, distribution of sukuk mudharabah electronically on July 8, 2021, and listing on the IDX July 9, 2021.
