IDX May Delist LAPD, NIPS Shares


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange warned of the potential for delisting shares of PT Leyand International Tbk (LAPD) and PT Nipress Tbk (NIPS).

According to the Bourse, the suspension period for LAPD shares reached 24 months on July 2, 2022, while Nipress shares have been suspended for more than 24 months.

Based on the provisions of III.3.1.2 Stock Exchange Regulation No: I-I concerning Delisting and Relisting of Shares on the Exchange, the shares of listed companies due to suspension in the regular market and cash market are only traded in the negotiated market for a minimum of 24 months.

As of May 31, 2022, LAPD's shareholders were Layman Holdings Pte Ltd, around 30.26%, PT Intiputera Bumitirta, around 19.17%, and Keraton Investments Ltd, 12.81%, Nany Indrawaty Sutanto, 8.13%, Leo Andyanto 5.73%, public 23.90%.

Meanwhile, as of March 31, 2022, the shareholders of NIPS are Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia with 12%, PT Tritan Adhitama wit
