Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange stated that the suspension period for PT Magna Investama Mandiri Tbk (MGNA) shares had reached 24 months. As the suspension period has ended, it gives the IDX the possibility to remove the shares from the stock exchange list.

"The stock exchange asks the public to pay attention and pay attention to all forms of information submitted by the company," said the Head of IDX's 3rd Corporate Valuation Division, Goklas Tambunan, in information disclosure on Tuesday (11/1).

On January 8, 2020, the exchange announced the temporary suspension of trading in the company's securities.

According to data, as of June 30, 2021, Magna's shareholders were PT GMT Investama with 7%, Sutan Agri Resources Pte 17%, Pacific Equity Mutual Funds 6%, Nobhill Capital Corp 18%, and the public
