IDX Lifts Suspension of PTDU, Monitors BOLA
PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) opened a temporary suspension (suspension) of trading in PT Djasa Ubersakti Tbk (PTDU) shares and is currently monitoring the movement of shares of PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk (BOLA).
The reopening of PTDU shares started from the trading session I, on February 3, 2021. IDX suspended trading of shares of the company that engaged in national private contractors in Indonesia on December 22, 2020.
Meanwhile, BOLA is included in the unusual market activity (UMA) category because there has been an unusual increase in share prices.
"Therefore, investors are expected to pay attention to BOLA's answer to the Exchange's request for confirmation, observe the performance of listed companies and their disclosure of information, review BOLA's corporate action plan if the GMS has not approved the plan, and consider various possibilities that may arise at a later date before making investment decisions, "explained the Head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division, Lidia M Panjaitan in the IDX disclosure, on Friday (5/2).
The UMA announcement did not necessarily indicate a violation of the laws and regulations in the capital market, Lidia said.
