Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange issued a sanction in the form of a written warning II to PT Mahaka Media Tbk (ABBA) for the delay in submitting the financial statements ending as of June 30, 2021, which a public accountant audited.

In addition, the Exchange imposed a fine of Rp50 million to the company.

"Based on our monitoring until November 30, 2021, ABBA has not submitted financial reports ending as of June 30, 2021 which will be audited by a public accountant," said IDX Head of Corporate Valuation Division I Adi Pratomo in information disclosure on Friday (12/3).

Previously, the IDX had issued the first warning letter to ABBA.
