Jakarta - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk plans to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) of three business entities, with a target of raising funds to reach Rp4 trillion.

Mursyid, WIKA's Director of HC and Development, indicated that an IPO for PT Wika Industri Konstruksi is planned for 2022, with an aim to raise Rp 1 trillion.

Furthermore, the planned IPO of PT Wika Realty is projected in 2023, aiming to raise Rp 2 trillion. In 2024, the company plans to IPO PT Wika Rekayasa Konstruksi with an estimated fund raising of Rp 1 trillion.

"We are preparing the IPO of our subsidiaries in stages, starting with PT Wika Industri Konstruksi in 2022, PT Wika Realty in 2023, and PT Wika Rekayasa Konstruksi in 2024," said Mursyid in an online public expose on Wednesday (8/9).
