Jakarta - PT Wijaya Karya Tbk offers coupons for the first phase of the third 2022 sustainable bonds ranging from 9.90-10.90%.

Based on the company's prospectus released on Monday (10/31), the number of bonds issued in the first phase amounted to Rp1.20 trillion from the targeted funds raised to reach Rp4 trillion.

The company offers the bonds in three series, including Series A worth Rp479.8 billion with a coupon of 9.90% and a tenor of 3 years, series B worth Rp275.23 billion with a coupon of 10.50% and a tenor of 5 years, and series C amounting to Rp449.850 billion,10.90% coupon and seven years tenor.

Along with the issuance of bonds, WIKA also issued sukuk mudharabah III in Rp281.81 billion from the targeted funds raised Rp1 trillion.

The company will use the proceeds from bonds of around Rp1.5 trillion to pay off part of its short-term debt, and the rest for working capital, while the proceeds from the mudharabah sukuk are entirely fo
