Jakarta - PT Wijaya Karya Tbk has set the 2021 phase I continuous bonds II coupon at 8.25%-9.25%.

According to a brief prospectus published on Wednesday (1/9), the company will issue bonds of a maximum of Rp1.75 trillion in three series in this first stage.

Series A worth Rp571 billion has an 8.25% interest coupon and a 3-year tenor, series B is worth Rp197 billion with a coupon of 8.55%, a 5-year tenor, and series C Rp982 billion with a 9.25% coupon and a 7-year tenor.

In addition, WIKA has also indicated the profit sharing of the second phase of sustainable sukuk mudharabah II in 2021, which is equivalent to a bond coupon. In this first stage, WIKA sells mudharabah sukuk for a maximum of Rp750 billion.

The target of raising funds through the sustainable bonds II  program and the sustainable sukuk mudharabah II  program is Rp3.5 trillion and Rp1.5 trillion, respectively.
