Brief of Company Background

Archi Indonesia has become one of the largest gold producers in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Since its establishment in 2010, we have now been able to produce more than 8 tons of gold per year for the past three years.Archi Indonesia has a long and proud history in carrying out exploration, discovery, development and operational activities. A year after it was officially established, Archi conducted its first gold pouring at Toka Tindung Project, under PT Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT Tondano Nusajaya (TTN). Archi owns 100% of MSM and TTN shares through the acquisition of Archipelago Resources Pte Ltd from Archipelago Resources Plc.Through the Toka Project, Archi manages open pit mining for gold and silver minerals in North Minahasa and Bitung, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Toka Project promotes high cost efficiency and sustainable operational activities.Behind our success story is solid management team and senior technical experts who have extensive experience in exploration and production of gold and mineral industries. Our shareholder, PT Rajawali Corpora, has also played a major role in Archi’s growth and development since 2009. Rajawali has been assisting Archi in establishing good relations with central and local authorities.We always uphold good Corporate Governance and Occupational Health and Safety. We contribute to environmental management and the development of communities around our operational area.Archi Indonesia is now also expanding its business, by proudly introducing Lotus Archi (PT Elang Mulia Abadi Sempurna) as its downstream business, adding to the line of excellent subsidiaries: PT Karya Kreasi Mulia, PT Jasa Pertambangan Perkasa, and PT Geopersada Mulia Abadi. These new business expansions are aligned with the vision of Archi Indonesia, to become an integrated gold mining company in Southeast Asia.
